
Wildlife Matters
David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF)'s bi-annual magazine,
'Wildlife Matters', shares critical updates with supporters from its 19 conservation programmes located across Africa and Asia.
As Editor of the Summer 2022 and Spring 2023 editions, one of my key roles involved the development of the storyboards - planning the overall direction of the magazines whilst coming up with and refining story ideas. As part of my research, I conducted interviews with several of DSWF's conservation partners and these formed the basis of many of the hard-hitting exposés.
As well as tackling growing concerns over climate change and biodiversity loss, the magazine also celebrates the charity's rich art heritage and the incredible community at its core. It was a privilege to use my writing to raise awareness for wildlife and hopefully, you will see this reflected in the content below:
