LUSH Liverpool

In 2019, LUSH opened the doors to its largest store in the world. Located in Liverpool, it boasts 1,380 metres square of retail space - enough to fit more than nine million of its famous bath bombs. Delivered by international architecture firm, Hyphen, this characterful scheme was inspired by traditional department stores such as Liberty and Selfridges.

In my previous role at Hyphen, I had the incredible opportunity to film and produce content in various locations across Europe. However, one of the most memorable and impactful projects was the launch event for LUSH Liverpool.

The video above combines the initial 'teaser' of the project followed by a short film I created for award entries.

Featuring interviews with several members of LUSH's project team, along with commentary from Hyphen's in-house architects; this video helped to secure two prestigious awards: Best Retail Design in the SBID Awards and Silver for Best Brand Experience in the Transform Awards.

Filmed and edited independently, this was a pivotal project in my career that I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish!
