Breathing World
In 2021, David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) launched a nationwide youth composer competition with award-winning mezzo-soprano, Laura Wright.
In my previous role as Communications and Creative Content Manager at DSWF,
I produced the following video as part of a promotional campaign that invited budding young composers, aged 12 to 18 years, to write and submit their own choral music inspired by the natural world.
This project involved careful scripting and editing with a key focus on sourcing high-quality content.
The final video was published as part of a broader marketing campaign that generated interest from the likes of Scala Radio and BBC Music Magazine.
Working closely with DSWF's Community Ambassador, Laura Wright, I also created the following split-screen acapella videos to help demonstrate the power of layering voices to form a harmony. This involved blending multiple audio clips together into two beautifully seamless tracks.
